ShopmindAI ("we", "our") provides an AI-powered customer support widget for Shopify merchants. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Store configuration (bot name, colors, alert phone, trained Q&A)
• Chat conversations and messages between shoppers and the AI assistant
• Product catalog data synced from your Shopify store for accurate answers
• Session fingerprints to maintain conversation context

How we use data

Data is used solely to power ShopmindAI chat, merchant SMS alerts, analytics, and cart recovery features for the store that installed the app.

Data retention & deletion

When you uninstall ShopmindAI, store data is deleted from our systems. Shopify GDPR webhooks trigger permanent erasure within 48 hours of uninstall.
